Leaders Property Management Ltd stands on a solid foundation, and operates within
a structured framework, supported by advanced systems. Its major strength, however,
comes from a small (in terms of numbers) but large (in terms of experience) team,
who have come together from a cross section of business backgrounds to provide the
highest standard of property management service.
Our people are licensed to operate, and are fully conversant with the increasing complexity
of the statutes surrounding residential property (Residential Tenancies Act 1986, Construction
Contracts Act 2002, Unit Titles Act 1972) and are governed by the Real Estate Agents Act 1976,
which sets down regulations for the specific protection of the public. Strict audit requirements
relating to Trust Accounts are complied with, and the Real Estate Institute Fidelity Fund affords
complete security.
The combination of their range of individual skills and strengths applied to the
myriad of elements comprising property management, has resulted in a finely tuned,
cohesive unit, working towards a common goal - The Delivery of the Highest Standard
of Care.

Sharyn Gallagher - Property Manager |
Sharyn joined Marie in 1992, and specialises in the Eastern and Southern suburbs. Her range of experience covers the broad
spectrum, and her ability to capably and effectively deal with all manner of situations ensures the efficient running of all
properties in her care. Sharyn’s frequent excursions into the “over and above call of duty” territory are indicative of her
generosity of spirit, and personal pride in doing the best job possible. Her expertise is keenly sought, as evidenced by the
amount of referral business she secures.

Deborah Geary - Property Manager |
Deborah joined the Leaders family in 1995, having already chalked up 8 years as a Property Manager. Deborah specializes in the
inner city, and peripheral suburbs. With her meticulous execution of all tasks, unwavering attention to every last detail, and
well honed skills, Deborah’s competence in the profession is reflected in her quality portfolio, her ability to develop new business,
and her willingness to go the extra mile (as many an owner will testify).

Jools
Rolinson - Property Manager |
Vitality, high energy, initiative and drive!
Jools adds strength to our team dynamic and is primarily responsible for business in the northern and western suburbs
(however, like all of our Property Managers, has spread of properties in her portfolio). Her boundless enthusiasm for property
and people, along with her strong desire to succeed, further enhances the quality of our service. Both owners and tenants alike,
receive the best of Jools, and this makes for a very happy alliance.

Catherine Jacques - Property

As our business has continued to grow steadily, so too has our need for more people.
Cath joined our experienced team at the beginning of 2009 with four years practical experience in property management behind
her (whilst studying towards a New Zealand Diploma in Business). Cath’s ambition to achieve the highest standard of property
management is well nurtured within the culture of Leaders Property Management, and the perspective of a Gen Y’er is welcomed.

Alex Theodoridis - Property
Asset Manager |
Our male prospective! Alex has been the linchpin in our team. His sole focus is the physical wellbeing of our properties under
management, and we see his role as being a reflection of our commitment to you, our owner/clients. We do not expect our property
managers to incorporate this vital aspect into their daily routines. The value that Alex adds by way of regular, consistent reporting,
maintenance co-ordination, quarterly inspections, project management and attention to detail is measureable against the preservation
and enhancement of the asset.

Denise Bullock - Account Administrator |
Again, we see this as being a specialist role within the framework of Property Management, and we are fortunate in having the very
best person to take on this responsibility. Denise has extensive accounting expertise, with experience both here and in the U.K,
and has had experience running her own business. She brings special skills to the financial management aspect of Property Management,
and with complete focus on the role, is able to fully complement the other specialties within the team.
